FOR CASES TO BE SUBMITTED IN KARACHI CONSULATE ONLY

Preparation of the following documents

• Original Yellow Slip (Visa issued by Ministry of Foreign Affair KSA)
• Complete Medical Report for All persons aged above 12 years
• Polio Certificate for all Persons aged below 12 years from Saudi Authorized medical Center.
• Photo Copy of Valid resident permit (IQAMA) of Husband
• Photo Copy of  PASSPORT of  (Husband )
• Photo Copy of Identity card CNIC of  (Husband)
• Original Computerized  PASSPORT   current & previous ( Wife/Children)
• Original Computerized Identity card CNIC ( Wife)
• Photocopy of Marriage certificate/ Nikahnama attested from Saudi Consulate & Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Sindh), with Arabic Translation from Authorized Center.
• (If Companied with Child) photocopy of Birth certificate attested from Saudi Consulate and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Sindh), With Arabic Translation from Authorized Center.
• Two (2) color photographs Passport size with white background. (Same Pictures that you used in medical).
• Eye Scanning and Finger Printing services will require appearance in Saudi Visa Centre for Finger printing , Biometric and Eye Scanning through Business Point
• personal Appearance is mandatory for Finger Printing & eye Scanning for all  persons 12 years & Above)

• Medical Test Procedure:

Getting a Token for Medical Test from GAMCA office.
